Free spine checks are available for those who would like to know how McTimoney chiropractic may help them. These checks are available to individuals and businesses around the local area and all they require is 15 minutes of your time.
Spine & posture checks are a great tool to assess your posture and pick out issue's within your body which can lead to disorders such as back & neck pain, stiff joints and tight muscles. Our day to day lives tend to lead us into poor posture which over time can lead to dysfunction within the body and an associated loss of function.
The spine check allows us to isolate any problem areas – remember; pain is usually the last sign of an underlying problem!
During the spine check you will be advised of these findings and may be given tips and advice to help improve your posture and quality of life.
