A little general advice to start:
- When sitting or driving push your bottom to the back of the seat then you have no option but to sit up straight.
- Take regular breaks at work - get up and walk around at regular intervals.
- Try to avoid sitting with your legs crossed.
- When you feel tension building up in your shoulders roll them back a few times - and breathe!
- Take regular exercise. It doesn’t have to be the gym - walking is just as good especially on these nice summer nights!
- Drink lots of water – a hydrated body functions much better.
