I have long known from personal experience that Mc Timoney Chiropractic treatment is effective: I suffered a traumatic back injury when I was 17 and have tried many different kinds of treatment over the years to help me live with it. Mc Timoney proved itself to be a powerful and almost totally painless treatment.
However when i discovered The Back Room chiropractic clinic which for me was much more local than my previous practitioner I discovered a new level of effectiveness. Particular thanks goes to Louise Preece who has enabled me to keep up the gym on a reasonably regular basis which in turn helps my back deal with long drives, presentations and trade shows- all of which can be hard going on the back.

I have suffered for 17 years with a bad back since the birth of my first child. I had pain down one leg and even simple tasks like turning over in bed caused pain. I know I can hear you all say, why did you not do anything about it. Well pain killers helped in the short term and so I carried on. If I mentioned to my gp I got stronger pain killers. When I finally went to Louise at the back room chiropractic I was a bit nervous as some people had said to me it can be very painful and you wil feel like you have been hit by a bus afterward. However my experience was very different. The treatment was gentle manipulation and tht night I was amazed to turn over in bed without crying out in pain. I am now a complete convert and recommend Louise to all my friends. I still go for regular check ups to tweak any damage that has been done( usually by my horse) and I am very pleased I took the chiropractic plunge!!! Clare x
